The total energy used in production is low and construction can be done quickly and efficiently.

The complex is located in field 6 south, on the Nieuwe Gracht. The self-build plots of field 6 south are in a central location, about 5 minutes walk from the historic center and Delft train station. The plot is located around the corner from the future Van Leeuwenhoekpark, through this park you can walk beautifully towards the station and the historic city center. At the front of the complex there is a beautiful view over the Nieuwe Gracht. At the rear is the communal garden.

The complex consists of several beautiful apartments on the upper floors and work/business space on the first floor, the apartments have large windows and spacious terraces. In cooperation with the architect, the new residents determine the layout of the apartments themselves.

The apartments will be delivered casco+.
